“Business will hire a new worker in a full time apprenticeship position undertaking a Certificate III or IV qualification which leads to an occupation from the National Skills Needs List.

“For local businesses to remain competitive we must invest in developing our trades especially in the bush. This is a really fantastic initiative from the Australian Government.

“The Australian Apprentice Wage Subsidy is in addition to the suite of employer incentives currently available under the Australian Apprenticeships Incentives Program.

“I encourage local business to make the most of this opportunity and Sarina Russo Apprenticeships can educate you on the relevant eligibility requirements in more detail,” Mr Wyborn said.
