WHEN renowned Morwell real estate agent, Ross Maddaluno, commences a recruitment drive the three qualities his successful candidate require are desire, commitment and most importantly – respect.
And in his latest recruit, 20-year-old Chelsea McConachy, he has unearthed all three traits by the bucket load – courtesy of Sarina Russo Apprenticeships.
“By respect I mean respect for authority, respect for their elders and respect for their family and family structure are all very important to me when I look to employ a new trainee,” Ross said.
“If they haven’t got respect for their family and themselves they are probably not going to have too much respect for the opportunity of employment.”
“Chelsea is a very intelligent young lady and I was most impressed by her maturity for her age.
“We work to create value for both sellers and buyers and aim to ensure that every expectation is exceeded by that of a greater outcome and Chelsea’s qualities and work ethic is an excellent fit.
Sarina Russo Apprenticeships Industry Consultant David Fayolle facilitated the ground-breaking appointment and said Chelsea was loving her new job at Ross Maddaluno Real Estate.
“Chelsea is doing a Traineeship. She started a Certificate III in Business Administration, she is working five days per week and absolutely loving it,” David said.
“The Certificate III in Business provides an excellent pathway in to the real estate industry and it’s a job career that has so many options and can take you anywhere.”
