In a significant step towards promoting reconciliation, Sarina Russo Job Access proudly announces its official accreditation for the Innovate Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) from 2023 to 2025. This recognition by Reconciliation Australia places Sarina Russo Job Access at the forefront of organisations committed to advancing reconciliation in meaningful ways.

Sarina Russo Job Access envisions a diverse workforce reflective of the community where non-Indigenous and First Nations peoples alike can access quality tailored education training and employment programs and services for the benefit of the entire community.

Our second RAP will continue to drive and grow our organisational capability and capacity, both through inclusivity in the way we delivery our services, meeting our Indigenous Employment Strategy targets and ensuring every team member acts in a culturally inclusive manner.

The RAP Framework, devised by Reconciliation Australia, serves as a structured guide for organisations seeking to actively contribute to the reconciliation journey. This framework offers four distinct RAP types - Reflect, Innovate, Stretch, and Elevate. Each type is tailored to meet organisations at different stages of their reconciliation journey, providing flexibility and adaptability in the pursuit of meaningful commitments.

Sarina Russo Job Access's endorsement for the Innovate RAP exemplifies its dedication to continuous improvement and innovation in reconciliation efforts. The Innovate RAP, spanning two years, aligns seamlessly with the organisation's vision for reconciliation. It serves as a testament to Sarina Russo Job Access's commitment to deepening its understanding of influence, cultivating relationships, and implementing strategies that empower Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples.

Sarina Russo Job Access's accreditation for the Innovate RAP from 2023 to 2025 marks a significant milestone in its commitment to reconciliation. By aligning with the RAP Framework, our organisation not only embraces a structured approach but also demonstrates its adaptability and commitment to continuous improvement.

Sarina Russo Group acknowledges the First Nations Peoples of this Country, the traditional custodians connected to the land, water and community on which we live, work and help others to live their best lives. We also pay respect to the Elders past, present and emerging, who strive to build a better and more sustainable future for future generations to come.
