Ready to find your dream job? Let’s get started!

Disability employment support designed for individuals

Because you have unlimited potential, we want to help you achieve that potential. At Sarina Russo Job Access, we have been helping people into jobs for over 40 years.

We understand that individual people need individual solutions to fulfil their potential.  We provide you with a greater range of support, across many more areas, than any other Disability Employment Services provider to help you achieve your goals!

In addition to employment consultation and skills development, our Allied Health professionals aim to get a much deeper understanding of your individual disability, illness or health condition. This helps us fully understand the impact of your condition on your ability to work so we can help future employers understand why you would be the best candidate for their job.

What participants are saying about us

I am a person with a disability and had been out of work for over 2 years due to the nature of my disability. I was assigned to Stella and she was phenomenal in helping me find work. I was starting to despair before her as there was a very few types of jobs that was physically suitable for me. Not only did she show compassion and understanding to me but she showed tenacity and determination to pair me with both the right job and right employer.
